Everything was perfectly maintained and clean. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We arrived early and they accommodated us rapidly. The food is exceptional. There is free parking. The views from the restaurant and Villas are heavenly. The pool is lovely, clean and inviting- There was a big thunderstorm on our last night and staff continued to bring a delicious meal to our room. Muchas Gracias! Also n our first day arrival- staff was kind to allow other fellow travelers to join our tour of the grounds and stay with us poolside for a bit longer.

The staff are lovely and helpful and gave us information about a pupusa class, indigo dyeing and arranged a boat trip. Johann answered our questions with kindness. Breakfast is included, the location is perfect and the garden is beautiful. There is free water and a kitchen with an oven to use.

We were welcomed with a cold glass of limonada and big smiles. Big airy room with high ceilings, good shower, beautiful outdoor couches and a lovely garden and view of the lake. Delicious breakfast included, and the hosts also have a tour company and organized a bird watching excursion on the lake!
