This stay is among the most memorable and enjoyable we've ever had. The hostess was welcoming and resourceful, particularly during the storm and flood on the 25th of September. When all around us was chaos and closure, she graciously allowed us to stay with her, providing a safe harbor. The owner also personally prepares breakfast for her guests, serving a delicious array of options including yogurt, orange juice, fresh fruits, and a choice of warm breakfast dishes. Her personal touch, combined with the estate's harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern amenities, such as the pool, created an ambiance of homely hospitality, making our stay utterly delightful and remarkable. The estate itself, rich in quaint, traditional elegance, yet modernly equipped, felt like a warm, welcoming home, ensuring a splendid stay for us.

We stayed in the self-catering unit but it was right next to everything: The pool, the restaurant and the entrance. The place was clean, comfortable and just perfect for us.

As frequent travellers we were very happy to have discovered this recently opened and wonderful guesthouse, equiped with all the essential modern facilities and run by two amazing hosts. Our room was very stylish and modern, with a warm and cosy feeling. We really loved the shower and the big bed (amazing matrasses). The mountain views were stunning, something we have never experienced before. The massage in the spa was so relaxing after a long drive. Great pool with (again) amazing views. A holiday we will never forget… See you next year!

The staff were excellent and the breakfasts wonderful.!!We found Mirihif Retreat & historic Montagu special places and an excellent location to stayt o tour the fabulous Robertson Wineries.( Only 20 minutes by car) Note to travellers you need to book for dinner at the house best restaurants in Montagu to assure a seat!

Its really hard to describe the beauty of the surrounds - it’s so perfectly positioned … idyllic … nestled in the bosom of unadulterated pure peaceful nature. The unit is well equipped with great attention to detail. You will lack nothing … everything works … one of the best equipped self catering cottages we have encountered … it’s MUCH MUCH more than a cottage … the owner Linda is the epitome of service excellence … friendly, caring, attentive and generous … and so are the staff … this is a one of a kind stay …

Jus Limin se encuentra en Montagu, a 16 min a pie de Hick's Art Gallery, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. A stunning location. The rooms face the mountains and overlook a small copse of olive trees (I think). Very picturesque! Walking distance to nearby restaurants, plenty to choose from. Kai contacted us about 10 days prior to check-in to suggest places for dinner and then made a booking for us. Very grateful for this as all the restaurants were fully booked for dinner by the time we arrived. Breakfast places weren't a problem.

A nice big dam to cool off and the great welcome from Mila & Lila the resident collies. A perfect off the grid break away, with breath-taking mountain views.
