Alex was an incredibly friendly, kind and ambitious host who gave us an insight into Zambian life. There is a school next to the guest house and we were even allowed to attend lessons and spend time with the children. We will definitely return - probably even as volunteers - as we felt very comfortable and gained an authentic insight into Zambian culture.

The staff were amazing when we asked for a table close to the river on the terrace,they said we will find you a better one and put us on the top deck of the hotel's boat for our own private meal.
