So after reading so many reviews I was so excited, I fed up with a really mixed experience: so I’m between a 7 and 8 and this should have been a 10! First of all the great stuff: Room - we had the hillside pool suite, just wow, I’ve stayed in 1000’s hotel and def in top 5 rooms stayed in! The beach bar is lovely and staff amazing, cocktails are lush. Some of the staff are a 10/10 - our lady who did room turndown was a ten, and lady who went through stuff with us. And guys who delivered food to room Breakfast in morning to room was awesome and the lady on that morning was amazing.

They greeted us with champagne and a refreshing towel at check in, the manager Chantell was the best, so pleasant. The grounds was so beautiful, the room was clean and upscale and the food was immaculate. Breakfast was great...every single day and so satisfying. I would highly highly recommend.
