Celebrating our anniversary at Renaissance was one of the best choices we made during this trip, from the first moment we reached we felt the warm and sincere welcome, top customer service and welcome thanks to Mr. Aldi and also was greeted by chef Dedi who really made sure our diet and food requirements are met. the breakfast is amazing, fresh food and ingredient, rooms are super clean and nicely designed, pools, activities, location....etc. is one of the best hotels we stayed at.

This resort is very well organised. All the information that one might need it neatly compiled in a booklet. The staff is exceptional. Very warm and welcoming, truly caring about your experience. It is very quiet and peaceful inside the resort. The breakfast was delicious. The horticulture is very beautiful.

Amazing place, all the resort is beautiful everywhere. There are view points across the resort, to see the ocean from the ciffs. I spend 2 hours watching the landscape and sitting on the grass, real meditation for eyes. Very clean, well maintained, and the service is personalized. The staff is super professional and very well trained (but not robotized), they almost read your thoughts. They pay attention to you every moment and they do very quickly whatever you need, but stay almost invisible and quiet! The breakfast is the best I have during my one month trip across Bali, and the food in general is very good, at normal or affordable prices. The beach is easily accessible because they have a cable car to get you near the beach. The bar and the restaurant at the beach are big too, so you can spend all the day at the beach having what ever you need. The beach is also open to people outside of the resort, so it is busy, but very comfortable at the same time. Everything is super professional but very personalized and warm at the same time, you can feel it, in a very very amazing environment! Thank you for all your attention and this wonderful experience!

Beautifully situated and maintained. Very private and discreet. Perched on a seaside cliff with incredible views. Access to an amazing beach (but no swimming, coral and rocks up to the shore). Staff very friendly and highly accommodating. Food was phenomenal with a good variety. Two bar/restaurants and two regular restaurants plus excellent room service. Property security was good, never an issue. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Umana and their staff are absolutely fantastic! I would stay here for every vacation for the rest of my life if I could. The staff were so kind and helpful; including our own concierge available via WhatsApp to help book travel, excursions, and services at the hotel. The pool was stunning, but our own villa even more so. We had panoramic ocean views that I just could not stop looking at; from our own infinity pool right through the glass doors to our room. I was on cloud nine!!

This place is simply stunning, the ocean and cliffs create a dreamy scene for the perfect staycation. It is very much a staycation here as there is a long driveway and steep staircase to get to it. However it is the perfect place to stay for up to 3-4 nights in my opinion. It has delicious food and drinks with great portion size, great waves, great staff, great rooms, aircon and all the essentials. Nothing bad to say about this place. It looks better in real life than the photos too btw.
