Everything about the property, the staff and service was beyond excellent. The whole experience was magical. From the warm welcome, to staff addressing us by our first names, the personal touch and care every step of the way made our stay in Udaivilas memorable. Our bed was super comfortable and the toiletries were luxurious. We had a garden room with a courtyard from there we could see peacocks during the morning and evenings. There are complimentary kids activities. The food in the restaurant was also fantastic. We were offered dishes not listed on the menu a few times. I loved the live (music, instrumental, dance) performances. It seemed to us staff have a single minded focus on making their guests feel very very special and they did succeed in our case. We hope to return in the near future.

The staff were very friendly and the place was clean. The staff also helped book a taxi to the airport which was very helpful! We had welcome drinks too! There was a lake view too which made having breakfast and dinner enjoyable. Dinner was nice and worth trying out when there. The architecture and design was nice too! The 250 year old tree at the entrance is amazing too!
