Excellent location and facilities. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Recommended. If you are looking to snorkel or scuba dive again great. Excellent dive shop, able to organize everything you need, in classes, guided excursions and equipment.

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel e voltaríamos de novo. A localização é muito boa, pois em alguns minutos a pé você está na praia. O hotel é bem bonito e muito bem cuidado, principalmente as áreas comuns. Os quartos são bem simples e já mostram desgaste pelo uso. Mas, nada que comprometa a experiência. A cama é confortável e as toalhas e roupas de cama também são boas. Equipe bem atenciosa. Contudo, sem dúvida, o maior benefício deste hotel é a comodidade de poder usar as dependências do The Westin. As taxas de resort se justificam.

I liked that we could walk to many restaurants and stores. The view of the pool and canal was great. We were able to borrow sand chairs for the beach. the beach is also walkable from the condo.

Everything was spectacular! Nothing like staying at a place where you can go back to your room and rest from a long day out. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Top notch service. From the front desk staff (Shanti et al), to the shuttle van drivers (Roque 5+ stars to him and everyone else), to the kitchen staff, to Dana our housekeeper and the rest of their team! You have got to stay here! Look no further. You feel like you're at a 5 star hotel!
