The staff are very helpful especially front office dilnaz and Deniz. They helped us for the touring of resort . The bell boy treated us with kazakistan traditional sweets . Dilnaz and Deniz they coordinate for our buggy tour. The story about the property and the construction of the property was explained by them. Swimming pool is the best experience I got here. Must visit place. Don't miss swiss hotel if your in Almaty

A very good option: location, new building, clean and cozy. There’s a supermarket nearby, many cafes and restaurants. Also there are all the necessary utensils for cooking food. The hostess is friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this flat.

(ARBAT STREET is just a block away) Just use translator app to communicate with Ms. Elena. (She speaks russian) She is very friendly she even waited out for us outside. Cooking utensils are complete. Wine opener included🙏 Washing machine and detergent provided Blower , ironing board and iron Tv you can just airplay if you cant read/speak the local language. Drying rack w/ heater
