We stayed 3 nights in the executive double room with the sea view and had wonderful stay. The view is amazing from the balcony. The room very big and spacious with huge bed. Room was super clean and complimentary water was delivered everyday. Breakfast was bigger we have seen in Malaysia. There is everything for everyone, including vegetarians. WiFi was fast and room spotless. The pool area has a lot of space and you didn’t need to reserve sun chair ever. Two pools, one for kids and one for adults. Lots of families staying here but the pool area gets quiet after six because they close the kids pool. The atmosphere was super relaxing and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this place. So if you are looking for relaxing holiday or break from budget travel. This is the place!

Harun, the Rasa Wing bellman on night duty from the 08/12/2022 - 10/12/2022, is extremely hospitable, friendly, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable. Really 5star service, definitely a world of difference in comparison to the Garden Wing service staff... He is the reason we rate our stay as EXCELLENT...And will be the reason we return for a longer period next year. .

From Premier Suite on 2nd floor, it has best sea view and best yard and pool view. Also, it has best sun rise view. The hotel itself under sun shine are colorful and beautiful. Biru Biru restaurant has hot sea view place and good drink and food. Very nice owner.

Very pleasant stay in Batu Ferringhi. Pool area is great, staff is very nice, balcony is great, good value for money. Area is chill and has good options for food and other small stores. People are very friendly in the neighborhood.
