Good location; nearby Petron, grocer shops, a lot of restaurants, etc. We didn't have to look far for food. Amazing host; super friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and complete with what we needed. My family and I had a great time there spending our weekend together. Thank you for the great hospitality!

My room was at the new tower. Newly built,spacious, with kitchenette. Bathroom was big and complete with a medium sized bottle of shampoo and shower gel.The facilities - superb. That was my third time booked with this hotel, never regret. Very suitable for family with kids.

As a family of 4 ( 2 kids) we enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was on a higher floor which gave us a great view with a balcony..the weather was amazing little cold at night and early morning.. if visiting genting highlands again for sure we will rebook it.. shuttle bus was a big help to reach cable car and go to skyhigh land.. keep working for late hours 11 or 12 pm Side note: cable car and shuttle bus function from 7 am but premium outlet and Cafe opens at 10 am but there 2 markets you can buy a quick sandwich from..

Kudos to the Front Office Staff (I think, the one in the small office that i didnt get her name) and all of the cafe staff first of all, they were great!! Felt Welcomed and suprisingly the place is just lovely, although the property is hard to maintain but i hope the owner keeps on the good work! It is such a beautiful concept and trust me 10 Years in the hotel industry, this place is simple with a tinge of Japanese Vibes :D. + Point for the onsen! My Fiance loved the place so much we stayed and lazed in the room basically on one of the nights :D. P.S Food is a Delight there! Worth it.

The hotel is located in a stunning place, in the jungle in the mountains. The wild nature of the jungle surrounds the hotel. Those who love to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city will like the place. The voices of a vast number of jungle inhabitants can be heard from morning till evening. If you walk a little way from the hotel gate, you can encounter wild monkeys, see amazing birds, and many beautiful flowers. The hotel provides information on how to behave with the jungle inhabitants, which animals and birds can be found in the area, and where you can go and where you should not. I stayed at the hotel for two days, which was enough time for me to breathe in the fresh air and relax. The hotel grounds, both inside and out, are clean, and the staff is polite. Breakfast was served in a lovely small restaurant. Overall, I liked everything. This was my first visit to Berjaya Hills in general, even though I have visited Malaysia many times.

I sent my parents who are in their 70’s and 80’s and my son who is 7, on a staycation together and Colmar couldn’t have been more wonderful! Casey, the reservations manager and I were in touch before and Casey was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure they had a fantastic trip. From the assistance from Mark and his team to ensuring they had a fun filled trip that was suitable for grandparents they couldn’t have done more! I am so grateful to the team at Colmar for everything they did. I highly recommend Colmar, and am so looking forward to visiting on my next trip. Highly recommended and exceptional customer service.
