Good location; nearby Petron, grocer shops, a lot of restaurants, etc. We didn't have to look far for food. Amazing host; super friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean and complete with what we needed. My family and I had a great time there spending our weekend together. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Nice Hotel very close to attractions and plenty of attractions and things to do in the hotel itself. The hotel organizes a lot of excursions and other events to guest which was a bonus. The rooms were large and food was just great. Staff was very friendly

Kudos to the Front Office Staff (I think, the one in the small office that i didnt get her name) and all of the cafe staff first of all, they were great!! Felt Welcomed and suprisingly the place is just lovely, although the property is hard to maintain but i hope the owner keeps on the good work! It is such a beautiful concept and trust me 10 Years in the hotel industry, this place is simple with a tinge of Japanese Vibes :D. + Point for the onsen! My Fiance loved the place so much we stayed and lazed in the room basically on one of the nights :D. P.S Food is a Delight there! Worth it.

The surrounding was just amazing and breath taking. It was really a great e perience after spending a few days in the city of Kuala Lumpur and to immerse into nature. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food, of course, was of good standard. The room was as described while booking on Booking.com which was very nice.

-Location is near Gohtong Jaya. Good location if you are not heading up to Resorts World Genting. -Check in process was straight forward although it requires more interaction from guests ( taking pics of the rooms before checking out etc). -Responsive hosts -Quiet area -Nice view

We stayed at Geo Resorts for a few days during our week-long trip to Malaysia. The resort is ideally located if you prefer a quieter setting away from the busy Sky Avenue, and parking is readily available. Several local restaurants and a 7-11 are conveniently located near the hotel. . Be sure to take the Awana Skyway ride if you're visiting Genting Highlands, and don't miss exploring Sky Avenue at the summit.

Children friendly hotel. It's relatively new so the room was quite clean, and spacious too. There was a small playground at the hotel lobby, and walking distance to sky Avenue. However the room facing the arena of stars and main road can be quite noisy even at night time, as it's just beside the car park of resort world hotel. So even In the middle of night we could still hear the car engine veering sounds.

Scenery ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Rare Japanese-style resort amidst nature, boasting beautiful surroundings despite limited facilities. Dining ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ Priced somewhat high, similar to KL Cafe, but the taste and portion sizes are acceptable. Service ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Sometimes there are delays in service, but the staff remains friendly and helpful. Accommodation ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ Disappointing experience despite beautiful exterior; not worth the high price.
