I loved everything about this property excellent service from every person I dealt with, spacious cozy rooms, wonderful views, in a quiet area of Queenstown, they have a complimentary transfer service to and from the town so no need to worry about transportation or parking. Highly recommend.

Close to airport, not too far from town centre. Very kind and helpful staff, and tried to provide every possible assistance. Excellent view from the room.

The view from the room was incredible! I laid in the bed and I could see the mountains and the lake. Beautiful! The hotel is on Fernhill, silent place, and 30 mins walk from the centre. The staff was helpful. There is guest laundry opportunity for 10 NZD. That worked perfectly.
