There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. The Family room has doors that opens outside to a yard with chairs and we could watch our children play from our room. We felt very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The staff hospitably was excellent. They were so helpful with our luggage ( we had about 7 suitcases). The staff at the restaurant was so caring. She would understand our needs and would do them without even asking. Our special thanks to her. We love the breakfast provided and the food at the restaurant. The hotel manager Elena was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this place.

There are a separate locker in ski-depot, very handful to store all your equip (snowboard, boots, etc), so no need to keep it in the room. Located in Loft 1 building (the same as the Spar supermarket). Very close (about 2 min walk) to the ropeways. Extremely close to great rent service (Panda), very tasty and friendly restaurant (Veranda), nice place to have breakfast (Pilot) and a cool bar with PhoBo (Eskimos). Also want to pay some respects to the host. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Very cozy yet spacious and it has a luxurious feel from the design and the materials used in the apartment. Very beautiful views from the apartment balcony. We stayed for our wedding preparation and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful apartment in Gudauri for the occasion. There is Netflix, a fully functional kitchen with everything you need with all glasses, plates, utensils, cooking equipment, dishwasher, a big fridge, literally everything you could ever need. They even provided wine and some welcome treats during our arrival, There is a supermarket within walking distance. During our stay, the ski season was not open yet, but the ski lift and slopes are also just outside the apartment building. There is also a working fireplace which is nice to keep you warm and makes the apartment even cozier. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful with spacious ensuite bathrooms and can easily fit 2 people in each bedroom. Downstairs there is also a sofa bed and an L shaped sofa that could sleep more people. This is probably the best apartment we stayed in Gudauri and definitely worth the money paid. I’d gladly recommend to others and stay there again in the future if we are to return to Gudauri.

The location, situated near the entrance, was incredibly convenient for accessing the park's amenities. Lana's hospitality exceeded expectations; she was exceedingly kind, helpful, and consistently prompt in responding to messages. The studio itself was cozy, clean, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!
