It's just a short walk away from Spar if you wish to do some of your own cooking and equally as close to the restaurants and Bars of the resort. For Skiing it's close to a few slopes and depending on which you want to go to it ranges from a short walk to a 5 minute drive. Really enjoyed my stay and the owner and Olga were very accommodating and helpful 😊 Would definitely stay again

European level mountain resort hotel. Rich breakfast, very delicious choice of food for dinner. Modern and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly! Very good location - lift is reachable from the hotel by skis. Modern ski room. Not the first but definitely the best experience of staying in Gudauri till now.

Great view on mounatins. Apts has everything you need for comfy living - fridge, tv, induction stove, iron. There are a separate locker in ski-depot, very handful to store all your equip (snowboard, boots, etc), so no need to keep it in the room. Located in Loft 1 building (the same as the Spar supermarket). Very close (about 2 min walk) to the ropeways. Extremely close to great rent service (Panda), very tasty and friendly restaurant (Veranda), nice place to have breakfast (Pilot) and a cool bar with PhoBo (Eskimos). Also want to pay some respects to the host. He was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The communication was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property. Very cozy yet spacious and it has a luxurious feel from the design and the materials used in the apartment. Very beautiful views from the apartment balcony. We stayed for our wedding preparation and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful apartment in Gudauri for the occasion. There is Netflix, a fully functional kitchen with everything you need with all glasses, plates, utensils, cooking equipment, dishwasher, a big fridge, literally everything you could ever need. They even provided wine and some welcome treats during our arrival, There is a supermarket within walking distance. During our stay, the ski season was not open yet, but the ski lift and slopes are also just outside the apartment building. There is also a working fireplace which is nice to keep you warm and makes the apartment even cozier. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful with spacious ensuite bathrooms and can easily fit 2 people in each bedroom. Downstairs there is also a sofa bed and an L shaped sofa that could sleep more people. This is probably the best apartment we stayed in Gudauri and definitely worth the money paid. I’d gladly recommend to others and stay there again in the future if we are to return to Gudauri.

Nastanitev New Gudauri Alpen Apartments je v mestu Gudauri in nudi brezplačen WiFi ter bar. What a great experience! We had an amazing ski week and everything was as convenient as can be! The apartment was perfect, loved the view, had everything we needed to make some of our meals in the apartment. Variety of restaurants right outside our door step. 2 spa's (did both). Lana the hostess was super helpful with arranging transfers for us and answering all our questions. The main ski lift/lifts are like 50metres from the apartment door (30 second walk with ski equipment) :-) Ski rental places right next to us. Plus we had so much snow! And 3 sunny days! I mean......wow.
