Directamente ligado às pistas da Estância de Esqui de Okushiga Kogen e a cerca de 1 minuto a pé do Elevador 1, o Hotel Grand Phenix Okushiga providencia um conveniente acesso ski-in/ski-out (acesso... I never experienced such VIP service otherwise in the world. Whole reception teams demonstrated what extraordinary service should be. I arrived late by bus and was welcomed by one receptionist in bus stop. so I did not need to carry my luggage in the snowing road. They even opened the ski rental shop for me after working hour. The next morning, I missed public shuttle bus and they offered to use hotel shuttle bus to drive me over to ski lift in Yakebitaiyama without reservation in advance. I felt that I was living with a lot of friends instead of living in hotel. I was too tired to try the bar at night, and I would like to try it next time. Swimming pool was good with quite warm water. Hot bathing place with best view. Sun rising over snow mountain top. Breakfast was very good with many variations. The dinner I ordered was pork hotpot, and personally I think the starter tasted better and pork meat is okay. I will try something else next time. All in all, the service and room condition are all top.

Located in a tranquil area surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel offers a shuttle and a luggage delivery service between JR Karuizawa Station south exit and the hotel. Grand Prince is the quietest among all the Prince Hotels in Karuizawa. I enjoyed the quietness and relaxing atmosphere. The daily lounge facilities available to all guests from 10am to 8pm was great! The french dinner ( paid) was exquisite and reasonably priced.

Situated within a private forest and boasting outdoor hot springs and award-winning cuisine, Sierra Resort Hakuba is a 10-minute drive from JR Hakuba Train Station. what’s not to like! gorgeous property, roomy lodging. the onsen’s are amazing. the free snacks after skiing, the free wine in the evening, the dinner at the restaurant was heavenly. we were so spoiled! it was amazing being able to rent skis from the property. and the shuttle service was amazing. we hardly had to think of a thing! wish we could go back right now. also, we don’t have kids but we were so impressed with how they accommodate for families - kids utensils at breakfast, video games in the hang out area, even a kids toilet seat in the bathrooms!

Located in the Kamikochi mountain resort, Kamikochi Lemeiesta Hotel features indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and spacious Western-style rooms with views of Mount Roppyaku. The property is really good location and nice scenery. The food there is really good and staff is very helpful, excellent service .
