How do I start to describe the best hotel experience I had. Arriving at Mida Creek Hotel was like entering a quite oasis. You enter a kind of community hidden among the mangroves and the jungles by the shore of the creek. You can draw parallels to the movie "the Beach", in the sense of serenity, reclusiveness and beauty. You can go to the hotel by boat, driven by captain of the hotel, a kind and professional boatsman and fisherman. He also does sunset flamingo tours which we took and were absolutely impressed by! Hotel is also reachable by taxi, which the hotel can organize for you, strongly recommended! The hotel is isolated (which is a strong point), you are not bothered by salespeople or crowded beaches like in Malindi or Diani beach, and you have the creek almost to yourself. Even if you develop cabin fever, the captain is always to boat you. Staying isolated at the hotel won’t make you gastronomically bored either, as the hotel has managed to find the best chef on the Kenyan seaside! The menu has good varieties too, local food, burgers, pasta, seafood to name a few! It was one of the greatest food experiences we had in Kenya. Hotel quality is impeccable and is kept super clean and tidy by the greatest hotel staff we encountered – anywhere in the world. From cleaners to the barmen to the pool boy, they all contributed to making our stay as great as possible. It felt like you were staying at a family run hotel, they were all so kind, caring and sincere. The hotel also has that very local vibe, you truly feel Kenyan culture there. And you live in nature, literarily! Greenery, animals and birds are plentiful. Amazonian I would say. Special thanks to David, for being such cool guy and also organizing such memorable kayaking trip through the mangroves. It might sound too good to be true, but it actually was. The hotel had something that no other hotel we have stayed at has had – that feeling of arriving in a special place. Just like in The Beach.

Viietärnihotell Visiwa Beach Resort asub Watamus ranna ääres. Kohapeal on välibassein, aed ja ühine puhkeruum. Terrassiga majutusasutuses on ka restoran ja baar. staff are super friendly and welcoming access to the beach and sea very relaxing and amazing view

Välibasseini ja aiavaatega Lions' Luxury Eco Resort & Spa on hiljuti renoveeritud hommikusöögiga majutusasutus, mis asub Malindis, 1,1 km kaugusel Malindi rannast. Very unique decor, beautiful pieces especially at the spa and jacuzzi area. I loved the pie🥧☺️, Such a quiet, peaceful and green hotel. I'll definitely be back.

Watamus rannikupiirkonnas paiknev majutusasutus, mis on 900 meetri kaugusel Short Beachist (Watamu merepark), Majutusasutusel Rock and Sea Resort on erarand ja veespordivahendid. I liked everything Rock and Sea resort offered

Marine Holiday House House asub Malindis ning pakub traditsioonilisi rookatusega Makuti-katusega hooneid, mida ümbritsevad troopilised aiad. Kuurordis on suur bassein koos kauni puidust sillaga. Unfortunately I could only stay 1 nigjt. It is nice and quiet the pool is great. The staff are fantastic and the breakfast was yum. Had a good sleep with a mosquito net that fits the bed perfectly.

Marijani Holiday Resort asub Watamus, Watamu lahe rannast 100 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. Kohapeal on restoran, terrass ja toateenindus. Loved the serenity and beauty of the property. The pool was my favorite place. The staff was very helpful.

With a tropical garden and and private beach area, Kobe Suite Resort is located in Watamu. The resort has two outdoor pools and can arrange massages on request. The location was spectacular, people hire day trips on a boat to get to see the perfect beach that is right in front. The staff was spectacular, the service, the quality of the food, it's paradise. They helped to arrange everything we needed, from Scuba diving to a Tuk-Tuk to move around, everything at its real price.

See rannaäärne kuurort asub Watamus Keenia kagurannikul. Kuurordil Gecko Resort on välibassein, erarand ja Rootsi laua stiilis restoran. I love the breakfast and the view. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. They have good facilities.

Located on Watamu beach, the luxury Medina Palms features unique architecture and a tropical garden, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and views of the Indian Ocean. This place is a gem! Beautiful villas, efficient and very nice staff, wonderful surroundings, loved the water activities (wind surfing lessons, kayaking...)

Temple Point Resort is located in Watamu Marine National Park at the junction of the Mida Creek and Indian Ocean. Great location right next to the Creek
