They even provide a free shuttle to and from downtown which was very convenient for us .

I really loved the quietness and seclusion. we are a family of 4 with no children, parents are older, and we absolutely loved how down to earth this resort is. it’s country vibe like good old days with fancy 5 star service. we rode bikes, went on the pond, swam under the stars. also the inclusive menu was great. their restaurant is truly impressive. everything from western to local cuisine was authentic and every meal we ate really well.

Our presidential suite was huge and awesome.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. The rooms were excellent. We had pool view rooms - sheets were wonderfully thick and pristine, very roomy, elegant and very clean. Bathroom was enormous with a bath, separate shower area and double sink vanity. The breakfast was varied and the staff very attentive. It had a nice mix of western-type breakfast offering and local Cambodian soups and noodles. The coffee was actually really really good instead of the often watered down filtered coffee one gets as such spreads. We cannot say enough about the staff - The front desk staff - Soriya - in particular - but really everyone at all hours of the day really went out of their way to help us making bookings, with suggestions, and just greeting us warmly after a hot day out exploring. Because the hotel doesn't have secure wifi, one of the staff, Sam, even helped me out by allowing me to using his personal hotspot when I needed a secure connection. Truly excellent and above and beyond the call of duty!

Situated amidst green surroundings, The Embassy Angkor Resort & Spa features accommodation in Siem Reap with a spa centre and fitness centre. This is an amazing hotel! The environment is beautiful and every waiter is very polite. We want to thanks "Lucky" for the hospitality. We were here for two days, he always greeted us and asked us needed anything? He is really great! When we returned to the hotel after a day of exploring Angkor, it felt like we entered a paradise. Everything here was very relaxing. The swimming pool and the bathtub in the room were a big plus. It had everything we wanted! Another good service of the hotel is to provide free Tuk Tuk to pop street, which is a very considerate service for all travelers! When I come to Siem reap again, there is no doubt that I will choose this hotel again!

Very private, rustic, very authentic, we received a free upgrade which was amazing. All staff were very helpful. Chanthy went the extra mile and always offered guidance and support. We have stayed in hotels all around the world and I have to say Chanthy is by far the best at providing quality customer service and amazing hospitality, he needs a pay rise !!!!!

Great gardens, super clean and spacious rooms, ideal location, good breakfast. Silent. Highly recommended.
