Very kind staff. Great location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Clean pool, right in front of the beach. Wish I had more days to spend there. Would love to stay there again

Overlooking Batu Feringgi Beach, Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang offers spacious rooms surrounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens. The service was some of the best ive ever had. Nothing was too much and everyone was really friendly and polite. The Room was spacious and clean and our room attendant was brilliant.

The rooms are big, modern, elegant and fitted with everything you'd need (toiletries, a safe, an iron, a desk, comfy chairs, a TV). Every morning my husband and I would make tea and coffee from the mini bar and drink it on our balcony, overlooking the pool and ocean. And the pool-- I adored the pool-- there is poolside service of food and drinks. We actually spent a fair amount of time in the lounge and ate food from the mini cafe there, because we often went to see the live band in the evenings. 5-star service without a doubt-- I would LOVE to stay here again. It made our Christmas wonderful. I also appreciated that there is a bus stop right downstairs, making it easy and convenient to get into Georgetown or over to Batu Ferringhi.
