The service was exceptional, from the front desk to the restaurants to the spa. I almost cried when we were shown our room. It was huge and had a beautiful view of the tranquil river outside. The spa was excellent, there is a public portion that is also great! The hotel was a really short walk to the historic village, where we took a tram up the mountain. The village had amazing street food. The food in the hotel was gastronomy and one could tell that great care went into the planning and preparation of it. The room was supplied with coffee and tea and snacks. All in all, it was very hard to say goodbye. Great accommodation and service for the price.

The spa facilties were excellent with a variety of open, secluded and indoor spaces. Just hope you're OK with the eggy sulphur smell! The breakfast was really nice, served in a spacious room, with plenty of Eastern and Western options.
