I could speak Mandarin but I also really appreciated that the staff was very willing to speak English to my partner. breakfast spread (both Taiwanese and western breakfast) were amazing. Loved the pineapple cakes and bought extras to bring back home! also loved the comfortable slippers from the room and wanted to buy a pair but too bad my size was not available.

For those who would like to see the beauty of orient, National Palace Museum is 10 km away. front desk were very welcoming, rooms were immaculate, snacks included, but most of all, the hotels hot spring pools were fabulous!!! clean, hot, with plenty of room, other guests were all very nice and polite. the showers for after were fantastic and fully equipped w shampoo/shower soap. the robes and slippers for guests to use were also a great touch! i would definitely come back and recommend to others!
