Stand alone hotel on top of a hill overlooking Tokushima city. No traffic, it is a kind of nature reserve. I had a huge tatami room with panoramic windows. Very nice public bath. The room did have a private bathroom but no shower - Ryokan style.

It had all the things we needed, such as hairdryer, towels, TV, etc. There were enough plugs and even USB ports, very handy. The tatami room was very cool. Spacious room. One room had a double bed and we were given two double duvets. The bed was also firm, which is how I like it! The toilet and shower were clean and had all the toiletries we needed. The kitchen looks cool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Self check in and check out was very easy and quick. Instructions given were very clear.

It’s right in the middle between the train station, the lift up the mountain and the boat that will take you on a tour around the city. The futon is quite comfortable and some of the beds have a tiny window, which i found very enjoyable.
