Located in the historical Shibu Onsen district, 渋温泉小石屋旅館 offers both private and dormitory-style guest rooms as well as an on-site restaurant where local dishes, wines and craft beers are available. Beautiful old ryokan with super friendly and helpful team; quality service (the pickup from the train station, the drive to the monkey park); delicious food and superb cappuccino. Really enjoyed the traditional rooms (sleeping on futons) and the relaxed atmosphere in the ryokan. And not to forget: access to the 9 onsen baths as a guest of the ryokan. Try them all, walking towards them in traditional Japanese yukata and gets. Enjoyed every second of being here!

Boasting open-air hot spring baths, a heated indoor pool and beautiful Japanese gardens, Senjukaku offers traditional Japanese-style accommodation that has a historic charm. מלון מושלם, זריקת שלווה ! חדר טאטמי מאובזר, חלוקי יוקטה ממותאמים ואוירה רגועה ופסטורלית. לקחנו אונסן פרטי שבהיה פנימי וחיצוני נפלא. ארוחת הערב היתה מטורפת. כמויות של מנות זו אחר זו, מעוצבות ומוגשות בדייקנותיפפנית, ובטעמים יחודיים ממש. תענוג!

מלון פוקי נו מורי (Hotel Fuki no Mori) נמצא במרחק של כ-20 דקות נסיעה בשירות ההסעות החופשי של המלון, מתחנת הרכבת JR נאגיסו (JR Nagiso). תוכלו ליהנות מטיולים בגן או באזורים הציוריים הסובבים את המלון. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a mix of interesting and tasty food. It looked beautiful too. The onsen was amazing with wonderful facilities. We particularly enjoyed the outside onsen in the early morning. We paid for an evening meal( there was nowhere else to go anyway) and it was wonderful. Such interesting and beautifully presented food. Our waiter explained what everything was.

A 7-minute walk from Yudanaka Train Station, Yorozuya features hot spring baths, a hot tub and Japanese-style rooms with a private terrace and private bathroom. The ryokan is very well organized, everyone is focused on providing a superior customer experience. I selected Yorozuya because of its beautiful onsen but I came away with outstanding memories of the kind and helful staff, the amazing breakfast and dinner experience.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from historic Togakushi Shrine, Oshi Ryokan is traditional lodging accommodation in the peaceful mountain area, which used to cater for pilgrims. Everything’s so perfect ~~ The owner Oshi San was super helpful. The room is spacious and with view overlooking a garden. It’s so lovely with a green view in summer. It’s a quiet location so I sleep pretty well. And the meals prepared are Fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. [heart].

Only a 10-minute drive from Snow Monkey Park, Yudanaka Onsen Yamazakiya offers simple Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Akira and his mother were incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home. They made me dinner and breakfast (gluten free and vegetarian) which was amazing. Their private Onsen is lovely and the room was really comfortable. Would highly recommend

A 3-minute walk from Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, Kadowakikan features ski-to-door access, a hot spring bath and free WiFi. Mr. Kadowakikan was super friendly and helpful. He picked us up and dropped us off at the shuttle bus stop. He helped us order rental ski/snowboard equipment to the hotel. The hotel's own onsen was very clean and more comfortable than the town's free onsens.

ריוקאן יודנקה טאוואראיה (Yudanaka Tawaraya Ryokan) הממוקם במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת יודנקה (Yudanaka), מציע יחידות אירוח בסגנון יפני עם אינטרנט אלחוטי חינם וטלוויזיה בעלת מסך שטוח. This is an amazing place to visit. The staff are so helpful and nice. The outdoor onsen is fantastic, and we loved that we could reserve a private time there. The large sleeping/livingroom is super place to sleep and relax.

Minshuku Miyama offers Japanese-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Guests can relax in the public outdoor hot-spring baths and wear Japanese Yukata robes. The location was beautiful during the winter and despite the heavy snow outside the rooms were warm and comfortable, the onsen was relaxing and it was a 5 minute walk to get to the bus stop to the ski resort.
