Imagine after a morning spring bath your breakfast is ready to serve you that feeling is so great.

This is very unique place to have a relaxing time with family and friends. I enjoyed the breakfast and diner in hotel restaurant. I can say that the level of food is like an art. After you enjoyed the dining there, you will fall in love with this hotel. Enjoying the hot spring is also very special moments. Every staff is very friendly and kind to help the customers. I really enjoyed this hotel and I wish that I could come back to this place in someday. Thank you to all staffs.

Providing city views, Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA is located in the Kannawa Onsen district of Beppu, 26 km from Oita Bank Dome and 5.5 km from Beppu Station. Miho, the owner, was the kindest. She gave us super good tips about the surroundings, and helped us always smiling. The place is a work in progress as she says, nonetheless we were really really comfortable and the room walls were just beautiful.

I recently stayed at this onsen resort in Yufuin and it was hands down the best onsen experience I've ever had! The rooms were incredibly spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a microwave and all cooking essentials. The private outdoor onsen was simply spectacular, offering a serene and private escape. It felt like having our own private villa in the heart of nature. Yufuin itself is a charming town, adding to the overall magic of the stay. What's even more surprising is the affordability of this luxurious retreat. Having stayed in much pricier onsen resorts before, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise in Japan. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located near the station, with very comfortable rooms, a kind and generous host, and Assi the cat is so friendly and sweet.

Boasting mountain views, Ikkoten provides accommodation with an open-air bath, a garden and a shared lounge, around 45 km from Oita Bank Dome. The lovely Ryokan is nestled in the mountains with beautiful scenery and views of the changing colours of the mountains, clouds and sky at different times of the day. Enjoyed the private onsen with forest views and the public open-air onsen with mountain views.

Situated in Hita, Okuhita Onsen Umehibiki offers 5-star accommodation with a garden and a bar. Featuring a restaurant, the property also has an open-air bath, as well as a sauna and a hot spring bath.... Excellent service, food, accommodations, hot springs. One of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Situated 41 km from Kinrinko Lake, Sanso Tensui offers 4-star accommodation in Hita and features an open-air bath, a garden and a terrace. This was an actual 10/10 stay. The hotspring baths are amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond and the food is quite the experience. If you come here i would also recommend checking out the bar. The bartender is very nice and made us some amazing cocktails. I can recommend his "rose petal mojito".

Kannawaen is an entirely non-smoking accommodation that features a garden, terrace and bar in Beppu. 100 metres from Hells of Beppu, the property is also 500 metres away from Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. Excellent Ryokan! Very comfortable, food was delicious! And the onsens (public and private) were amazing!! :) highly recommend!

AMANE resort GAHAMA features a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 24 km of Oita Bank Dome and 4.4 km of Beppu Station. Awesome resort and facilities. Room was huge and with 2 floors. Two private onsen for the room, one inside and other outside!
