The staff was friendly and very obliging and it felt very welcoming. The room looked exactly like on the pictures. We loved everything about it and our stay was wonderful. We would come here again. We recommend to book with dinner, it was delicious and a great experience. The beautiful Onsen was included and with free toiletries.

No traffic, it is a kind of nature reserve. I had a huge tatami room with panoramic windows. Very nice public bath. The room did have a private bathroom but no shower - Ryokan style.
